THE “HA GIANG LOOP”

MOTORBIKE – 3 DAYS – WITH DRIVER

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities:

Quality makes all the difference, which is why I prefer to keep my groups small and use recent, well-maintained 150cc motorcycles. This way, you can fully enjoy the ride in comfort and safety. At each stop, you’ll have a private room, giving you the chance to rest and recharge after a day of adventure.

If you’d like to keep things more budget-friendly, dormitory accommodation is also available. My goal is always to ensure you feel well cared for while experiencing the very best of Ha Giang.

Noted: you won’t have enough time, so please choose between two options: a boat (or kayak) trip with a swim on the Nho Que River, or a hike to the White Cliff of Ma Pi Leng.

🌟 Dong Van Karst Plateau:
Located at the northernmost tip of Vietnam in Ha Giang Province, the Dong Van Karst Plateau is often described as a “paradise of stone.” Its spectacular landscapes feature towering mountains, deep canyons, and vast limestone formations. The region is home to many ethnic groups such as the Hmong, Tay, Nung, Lo Lo, Dao, Pu Peo, and Hoa, creating a rich cultural mosaic of festivals, markets, and traditions. Recognized by UNESCO as a Global Geopark in 2010, the plateau is famous for both its unique geological heritage and its authentic cultural life in Vietnam’s remote borderlands.

It is also home to the Tonkin snub-nosed monkey 🐒, one of the world’s rarest primates, with only about 160 individuals remaining – a precious symbol of the region’s remarkable biodiversity.

Day 3:

  • Meo Vac (Mèo Vạc)🌞Visit the market on Sunday morning – Hmong, Tay, Nung, Lo Lo, Kinh, Dao, Hoa, Giay, Pu Peo.. communities – Lung Phin village ( làng Lũng Phìn)🌞Visit the market if possible (held on random days during the week).- H’Mong community (người H’Mông) – M-shaped Curve (Cua M) – French Fortress ( pháo đài Pháp) – linen weaving village (làng dệt vải lanh) – H’Mong community (người H’Mông) – hidden waterfall – Km 0 Milestone – Hà Giang.

This peaceful village offers an authentic glimpse into the daily life and traditional culture of local ethnic groups, far from mass tourism🌄. We’ll then continue to the spectacular M-shaped Curve, a true highlight framed by dramatic mountain scenery. Nearby, the remains of the French Fortress stand as an enduring historical landmark, enhancing the area’s raw and mysterious beauty. After lunch, we visit a small H’Mong village where the ancient art of linen weaving is still alive. We’ll witness each step of this remarkable handmade process – from growing flax plants to spinning, weaving, and dyeing the fabric with natural indigo🧣.Then, we’ll swim at a stunning hidden waterfall, a place that no tourists know about, where you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and crystal-clear water🏞️. Finally, we’ll return to Hà Giang, with a stop at the iconic Km 0 Milestone. We expect to arrive back around 4:30 p.m, giving you time to catch a bus to your next destination (Sapa or Hanoi ?).

❤️Guest Reviews ❤️

For many years, I worked as an English teacher in Hanoi, Saigon, and Ha Giang. Three years ago, I started traveling across many beautiful regions of Vietnam, and those journeys inspired me to share the country’s culture, landscapes, and daily life with international friends.

Since September 2024, together with a few friends, I have been working in tourism in Ha Giang, organizing authentic experiences in this incredible region. We love introducing visitors to the spectacular mountains, ethnic cultures, and hidden villages. To make sure my guests can share their honest experiences (100% authentic reviews), I created a TripAdvisor page where you can read their feedback and discover our trips here:
